If you were not in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, last Saturday, July 31st, 2021, for the 4th edition of the Skeet Open, you missed something. The event took place at the shooting range of the Jade shooting club in Wilhelmshaven. Organiser Burkhard Hackmann, Heinz WEERDA (Chairman of Jade WTC) and the dedicated club’s staff delivered a perfectly orchestrated and very enjoyable experience for Skeet shooting enthusiasts.
Despite a very capricious weather with strong showers and wind, 80 shooters of different nationalities converged on WTC Jade and treated the spectators to remarkable performances. Congratulations are in order to the shooters who emerged victorious:
‐ Sven Korte - Overall winner
‐ Frank Schach - Winner of the “Shooting class” (i.e.“Schützenklasse”)
‐ Franziska KURZER - Winner of the ladies class
‐ Tim KRAUSE - Winner of the junior class
‐ Jan Erik HANKEN - Winner of the pupil class
‐ Thorsten HAPKE – Winner of the senior class
Congratulations are also in order to all the participants for an incredible day.
Skeet Open 2021 was Val&tina’s first time holding a stand within the framework of a shooting tournament. This gave us to the chance to meet fellow clay shooting enthusiasts and showcase our “Skeet Nation” collection (https://de.valandtina.design/skeetnation). Thus, we are grateful to Burkhard Hackmann (organiser of the event) and Heinz WEERDA (President of Jade WTC Wilhelmshaven) for the opportunity.
