The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packages lost in transit
All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
Our Garments, accessories and custom mugs are carefully printed on demand. However, mistakes happen. Thus, we will be more than happy to reprint and reship the order at our expense in the following cases:

The product was damaged during delivery

We sent an order in the wrong size or colour

A defect occurred during the printing process

The wrong image/text was inadvertently printed
Should you wish to have your order replaced within this framework, please send us a request for replacement as follows:

Include a photo of the problem product.

Kindly describe the problem to us with as much info as possible.

The order replacement is your responsibility if one of the following situations has occurred:

Wrong address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to one of our partners or Val&tina. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to one of our partners or Val&tina and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

REFUND POLICY
If you are in this section and you consider a possible return, you likely ordered an item from us and we thank you wholeheartedly for your interest.
The European law offers a right to withdrawal in many cases of e-commerce. thus, if something is not quite right, or you have simply changed your mind we will gladly accept any unworn/unused items.
NB: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Val&tina reserves its right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
